Level 3: Advanced Leadership Mastery – The Deborah Mastery Program
Theme: Legacy, Strategy & Global Impact
This is the highest level of training — a one-year mastery experience for women called to lead at a higher dimension.You’ll learn nation-building principles, strategic leadership, and legacy creation, culminating in your final Deborah Commissioning and Diploma Ceremony.The Advanced Leadership Mastery Program is a 12-module, self-paced leadership journey built around the pillars of: Wisdom, Strategy, Influence, Integrity, Excellence, and Legacy.
Each module integrates:
- Strategic Execution: Project planning, systems, and performance discipline.
- Legacy Building: Preparing for generational leadership and global relevance.
- Leadership Skill Mastery: Practical frameworks for real-world impact.

Outcome: Diploma in Deborah Leadership Mastery
